Your cycle, your business.

Log one temperature each morning. Bella Blooms shows where you are in your cycle and confirms ovulation from your own temperature shift. It all stays on your phone.

One payment. No subscription. No account.
The Home screen: a greeting, your cycle phase and days to the next period, then general wellness notes for the phase.
Your day, by phase
A temperature chart across several cycles, shaded by phase, with the rise after each ovulation clearly visible.
Ovulation shows in your own curve
A month calendar with period days tinted and a dot on every day a temperature was logged.
A calendar you can correct

Private by design.

No one else needs to know where you are in your cycle.

Everything you log stays on your phone. No account, no cloud copy, no ads. We never see it.

Temperature, not day-counting
Ovulation is confirmed by the rise in your morning temperature, so it works even when your cycle isn't regular. You'll need a basal body thermometer that reads to about 0.05°C / 0.1°F. A regular one isn't precise enough. Any pharmacy, around $10.
What it is not
Bella Blooms is not a medical device and not contraception, and its daily notes are general wellness information, not medical advice. It won't replace your doctor, but it may make it easier to talk to one.

Get it onto your phone

Four steps, done once. Do them in this order.

1
Copy and save your key
After you pay you land on a page that shows your key. Press Copy key and paste it into your notes app or password manager. You can also download it as a file or email it to yourself from the same page. You'll need it in step 3. If you lose it, the key recovery page gives it back with your email and invoice reference.
The page shown after payment: "Here is your key", the key itself, buttons to copy it, download it as a file or email it to yourself, and the invoice reference.
A sample key, so it won't unlock anything. Yours will be different.
2
Add Bella Blooms to your home screen
Open bellablooms.app/download in the browser named below, not inside another app. Once added, it opens full screen and works offline.
iPhone

Safari

  1. Open the page in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button (a square with an arrow pointing up).
  3. Scroll down if you need to and tap Add to Home Screen.
  4. If you see Open as Web App, leave it switched on. Then tap Add.
Safari's Share sheet on an iPhone: a row of apps at the top, then a list of actions with Add to Home Screen near the bottom of the first group.
The Share sheet. Add to Home Screen is in the list of actions.
The Add to Home Screen screen: the name Bella Blooms, the address, an Open as Web App switch turned on, and an Add button at the top right.
The Add screen. Leave Open as Web App on, then tap Add.

Firefox (iOS 16.4 or later)

  1. Open the page in Firefox.
  2. Tap the menu, then Share.
  3. Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.

On an iPhone the home-screen app keeps its own storage, separate from the browser you added it from. That's why you paste the key again in step 3.

Android

Chrome

  1. Open the page in Chrome.
  2. Tap Install app in the banner at the top of the page. If you don't see it, tap the menu (three dots), then Install app.
  3. Tap Install.

3
Open it and paste your key
Tap the Bella Blooms icon. Press Paste from clipboard (or paste the key into the box yourself) and press Unlock. You only do this once on each device.
The Bella Blooms lock screen, "Unlock Bella Blooms", with a Paste from clipboard button and a key pasted into the box above the Unlock button.
4
Set up, then take your first temperature
Setup takes a couple of minutes: your name, °C or °F, your usual cycle and period length, and when your last period started. Then take your first temperature tomorrow morning, right when you wake, before sitting up, talking or checking your phone. The same time each day matters more than the exact time.
The first setup screen: your name, temperature unit, average cycle and period length, and when your last period started.
The morning screen: "Good morning", a large temperature reading with plus and minus buttons, and a "Log & see my day" button.

Stuck on any step? The help page covers the usual snags.

Every day after that

Log your temperature, see where you are
Your chart, phase and days to your next period update, and you get a short note for the day.
Tap once when your period starts
That's the only other input.
It sharpens over time
Your first cycle is mostly Bella Blooms learning your rhythm. By the second, it confirms ovulation from your real temperature shift.
